Information that we collect
Buyers and Suppliers Record
When Buyers and Suppliers register, they provide us with their address, email, phone number, bank details. Buyer and Suppliers may also provide us with their credit card number, fax number and company affiliation and details.
When Buyers and Suppliers contact us, we may ask for information that allows us to contact them, validate the seriousness of their inquiry and request specific information related to the reason they have contacted us. Buyers and Suppliers’ Inquiry Information may be associated with other information, such as Cookies and information from Tracking Software.
Buyers and Suppliers may be offered the opportunity to respond to surveys, questionnaires and other requests for information (Survey Information). The types of data that Buyers and Suppliers provide to us is set out in the survey request.
All of our servers collect statistical information such as Buyer and Suppliers’ IP addresses, dates Buyer and Suppliers visit, computers Buyer and Suppliers are using, and operating system, among other data (Statistical Information).
How we use information that we collect
MBL collect and use your personal information to process product orders and deliver the products requested. It is possible that MBL may also use personal information to inform you of other products or services available from MBL and its affiliates. MBL may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered. MBL does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. MBL may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your personal information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings, providing customer support, processing transactions, or performing statistical analysis of our services. We will only provide those companies the personal information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose. MBL does not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent. MBL may access and/or disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on MBL or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of MBL including its Web site; or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of MBL or the public. Personal information collected on this site may be stored.
Buyers and Supplier’s Record
We use the records of Buyers and Suppliers to identify Buyer and Suppliers personally. It is used throughout our business to provide services to Buyer and Suppliers. Information in your Customer Record will only be shared with third parties if it is necessary to provide Third Party products to you. However, information in the Buyers and Supplier’s Record related to payments, such as a Buyer and Suppliers’ credit card number, is only used to ensure we receive payment for services rendered.
We use Buyer and Supplier Inquiry Information to identify Buyer and Suppliers personally. It is used throughout our business to provide services to Buyer and Suppliers. Buyer and Supplier Inquiry Information is shared with third parties in the following circumstances: to identify and fix problems with services we provide when we are not capable of doing so ourselves.
We use Survey Information to identify Buyer and Suppliers personally. We use it throughout our business to market new products and services to Buyer and Suppliers. Survey Information is not shared with third parties in ways that identify Buyer and Suppliers personally. To the extent we share Survey Information with third parties, it is done in aggregate.
